How to Change the Font size of a Web page

If you are on the internet visiting a website or trying to read an e-mail and the text you are trying to read is too small or the color of the page seems to blend in with the text, you can change the font and color of the page as well.

To increase or decrease your font size and color of a webpage in Internet Explorer, select the Tools option from the top of your Explorer window and click Internet Options.

Next, make sure you are on the General tab and then click on Accessibility button on the right lower corner of the dialog box.

Now, check the two following boxes by clicking on the checkbox marked "Ignore font sizes specified on web pages" and "Ignore colors specified on web pages". Click OK and click OK again to close out the dialog box.

To change the font size, click View option from the top menu again and click on Text Size option to change it.

Important shortcut key tip for changing the font size: On your keyboard, hold down the Ctrl key and hit the + key to enlarge the font size. Hold down the Ctrl key and hit the - key to reduce the font size.
